A couple more Kill Bill and Battle Royale relationships:
1) Sonny Chiba is apparently in Battle Royale II, but I haven't seen the movie yet. It just came out this summer.
2) Ai Maeda (who played Kitano's daughter in BR and BRII) was the anime voice for Lucy Liu's character.
