Tired. For whatever reason, I couldn't get any sleep last night, although I was attempting to for about 7 hours. It didn't help that I had to get up at 5:30am this morning. I would say that I only had about a half hour of sleep, at most. So I pretty much ended up walking most of the way during the 5K. One of the things I was looking forward to after the race: breakfast at IHOP. After breakfast, the second thing I was looking forward to: a nap. When I got home around noon, I slept for about 2 hours before I left for a picnic at the beach. Now that I'm back home again, I should probably stay up just a little bit longer. If I go to sleep now, I might end up waking up at 2 or 3 o'clock later on. Then my sleep schedule would be really messed up.
