My family spent Thanksgiving at my sister-in-law's parents' house. A bunch of us were playing this cool looking boxing game on the PS2 called Fight Night 2004. It was pretty fun... until we figured out how to play properly. Then the game's pace slowed down once people started blocking. But then, it might end up being fun again once we get past that. Still, it's probably the best boxing game I've played since Punch Out. This one is actually intuitive and playable. All others were just blah...

I've also been playing around with software called particleIllusion. It's a cool program that lets you create great looking effects such as fire, explosions, snow, and other things. I took an old Hullabaloo picture and added "Street Fighter"-inspired effects to it. Actually, I used particleIllusion only for the fireball in my hands. Faye's glowing forearm was done through plain ol' Photoshop. At any rate, it looks better than the SLAM video already. I'll try it on video next. The effects look so much better in motion. Well, it's been over two years since the last Anong Sabi Mo? episode. A couple of other guys and I have learned so many things since then. A sequel would probably look awesome. Just the fact that we've moved on to using DVDs instead of VHS tapes already means much better video quality.

(Why does almost every one of my posts have to have a picture now? ^_^)
