Adventures in Housesitting:
This past week I've been housesitting for theCruz's Cruzes Cruz family while they were in Mexico. I usually watch their house every year when they go on their family vacations. Now some of you may not have housesat before and are wondering what it involves. Nothing much, really, but I'm sure each situation is different.
There's the usual stuff like moving the bins around for trash day.

Oh, and bringing in their mail.

I also had to add some water-clearing bacteria to their koi pond.

Too bad I forgot to turn off the Scarecrow, the motion-detecting, water-squirting, animal-repelling, security device first.

But after all of this hard work, I get to raid their fridge.

And use their phone. I'm sure they don't mind me racking up inordinate amounts of long-distance charges. (Hi Lea!)

I tried to cook some food, but that didn't work out too well.

Oh well. At least I get to sit down and watch some television.

Zzzz.... wait, am I drooling on their furniture? ^_^
